Even culinary experts get it wrong sometimes.

While researching for this exhibit, I wanted to show the difference between a yam and a sweet potato. I found this image from Bon Appetit magazine, posted it here on Omeka as a resource for this exhibit. My professor knew right away that the item on the left is a yuca which is otherwise known as cassava.
