Nicholas Guidara second letter

In this letter, another from Nicholas Guidara to Miss McGlynn, he talks about his wedding. He has just gotten married and is sending a picture of the wedding back to Salem. First, Nicholas married someoe outside of Salem so this shows a mixing of cultures and now Salem's culture will be changing others in the world around Nicholas. Also, there is a picture of Nicholas and his new wife being sent back to the people in Salem. This shows the opposite, people in Salem being introduced to Nicholas' wife, and the area where they were married.
